About Full Employment Now-Political Action Committee (FEN-PAC): FEN-PAC is an independent expenditure political organization (super PAC) that advocates for a Job Guarantee to ensure living-wage jobs for everyone.

A Job Guarantee is a government program designed to provide employment opportunities for individuals unable to secure full-time work. This program would create living-wage jobs through government investments in sectors such as healthcare, education, infrastructure, climate change solutions, and other socially beneficial goods and services.

FEN-PAC's mission is to educate and mobilize voters around Job Guarantee policies, lobby elected officials, elect political candidates who support this policy, and hold them accountable after they are elected.

What Does a Paid Relational Mobilizer Do?

FEN-PAC is hiring 'Paid Relational Mobilizers' to mobilize voters around state-level Job Guarantee policies in Blue Trifecta States -- states where Democrats control the governorship and majorities in both state legislature chambers.

​As a Paid Relational Mobilizer, you will receive a stipend of up to $75 to reach out to your friends and family in Blue Trifecta States and share information about advocating for Job Guarantee policies via text message, social media, or phone. People are much more likely to take action on an issue when the information comes from someone they know and trust—this approach is known as 'relational organizing.'
