Willowgrove is seeking an Executive Director with a passion for leading a staff team who work with children and youth in an out of doors setting; you understand financial management and have strong organizational, relational and communication skills and who is a visionary and strategic leader. Working with and reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director supervises the senior staff team. The ideal candidate possesses practical operational experience in the not-for-profit sector.
