The Director of Human Resources will manage the Human Resources department by ensuring staff agency-wide adhere to the mission statement, legal requirements, policies and procedures of the organization, and the Collective Agreement, while overseeing the administration and function of all employee-related aspects, including but not limited to recruitment/employment, training, policy development and implementation, employment law compliance, compliance with health and safety law, etc.
