General Summary

The position performs complex and diverse responsibilities in supporting the Foundation team's fundraising initiatives and revenue generating activities and awarding scholarships. This includes managing the Administrative Analyst and assisting in the planning and execution of events along with financial and accounting responsibilities. Provides administrative and operational support to the team to ensure donor satisfaction and bolster organizational efficiency and effectiveness in accordance with Foundation policies and procedures. Performs other duties as assigned.

Essential Functions

1. Collaborates with colleagues to assist in the organizing and execution of fundraising events and projects with a focus on increasing participation, revenue, and engagement from donors, prospects, volunteers, faculty, retirees, and other key constituents.

2. Manages and coordinates the Warren and Velda Wilson Foundation and assists in the awarding scholarships from the CCC Foundation to the College. Includes the process of annual statements for the endowed and some funds.

3. Supervises the day-to-day activities and workflow of the administrative assistant including the managing of the acknowledgement letter process.

4. Provides accounting support for budgeting and the expense process along with other areas of fiscal control and fundraising management.

5. Engages regularly with CCC employees and retirees providing a high level of customer service with a specific task the periodic retiree event.

6. Coordinates and assists in several operational functions such as prep for Board meetings and other projects, policy and procedure work, and logistical work using the tools such as technology and various software programs.

7. Assists and manages some marketing efforts such as the Foundation website and annual report.

8. Involved in many internal staff and CCC meetings and inclusion on the Entrepreneurship Center Advisory Board and the on the Board of Directors of the Foundation Place Condo Association.

9. Performs several functions within Raisers Edge including collecting and research data, list management, gift reports, fundraising database access, updating constituent records, and training.
