Lehigh University is seeking a dedicated Associate Director, Professional and Intellectual Engagement (Position Number S8550) to join our Development and Alumni Relations team. In this crucial role, you'll play a pivotal part in shaping the future of our institution by developing and executing opportunities for Lehigh Alumni.

As an Associate Director, your primary responsibilities will include:

Develop, coordinate, implement and evaluate programs and projects to promote alumni engagement through Professional Alliances
Develop and implement graduate alumni engagement strategy to develop and manage a program for engaging graduate alumni
Develop a program for engaging Greek alumni
Support other members of the Alumni Relations team and DAR colleagues and complete general office duties as expected

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience
Five to eight years of related work experience
Proven experience in engaging alumni and managing development programs, preferably in a higher education setting
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to effectively connect with diverse stakeholders and build lasting relationships
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate events, and analyze data to inform future programming
