Role Overview:

We are looking for motivated Educational Consultants to join our team remotely. This role focuses on student recruitment and outreach — connecting with prospective students and parents, sharing program details, and supporting enrollment. No technical tutoring is required.

Compensation:

Commission-based only: Earn 25% of the student’s first-month tuition fee for each successfully referred student.
No fixed salary; earnings depend on your performance and number of successful enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

Reach out to potential students and parents via social media, community networks, or personal contacts
Promote Shiva’s Tutorials and available programs accurately
Support onboarding of new students
Track leads and maintain timely communication with the team
Share updates and feedback on outreach activities

Qualifications & Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and able to work remotely
Interest in education and helping students succeed
Experience in outreach, student recruitment, or sales is a plus, but not mandatory
