Job Summary:
The assistant director of research performs and manages research to proactively and systematically identify and rate new prospects and develop cultivation and solicitation strategies with the frontline fundraisers.; The assistant director of research also closely monitors the performance of development's prospect pool and makes recommendations based on wealth and asset ratings.; The assistant director of research is a a research professional with management experience and is responsible for all aspects of prospect research to include providing aggressive, detailed, and comprehensive research; creating personal profiles; and interacting with all development officers and alumni engagement officers.
