Job DescriptionOHIO Athletics is a dynamic team of student-athletes, coaches and administrators with a vision to demonstrate unprecedented excellence in athletics, academics and student-athlete development. The Assistant Director, Ohio Bobcat Club focuses on assisting the Associate Director with the day-to-day operations of the annual campaign and sport specific giving initiatives. This position will help to coordinate the premium seating and parking program, manage the Ohio Bobcat Club website, organize the annual student-athlete thank-a-thon, oversee the crowdfunding initiatives, and manage a small portfolio of donors. In addition, the position will be responsible for assisting with event operations.
1. Assist with the day-to-day operations of the annual campaign. Serve as liaison for all mailings and fulfillment needs. Assist with allocation of benefits.
2. Help coordinate the premium seating and parking program.
3. Oversee specific projects/initiatives such as the Ohio Bobcat Club website, annual student-athlete thank-a-thon and crowdfunding initiatives. Other projects to be determined based on experience.
4. Manage a small portfolio of annual fund and sport specific donors.
5. Assist with the planning and implementation of donor events.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree. At least one year of experience in fundraising, Advancement, sales/marketing, or related field.Preferred QualificationsMaster's degreeDepartmentICA Business Administration
Pay Rate: Commensurate with education and experience.
