We are seeking highly motivated MEAL/Evaluation Associate to join ARSIC as external Associates. In this remote, assignment-based role, you will:
- Support ongoing applications and contribute to the development of new tenders.
- Deliver high-quality MEAL services for diverse global projects.
- Develop organizational, programmatic, and project-specific MEAL systems (a strong plus).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement MEAL frameworks, tools, and strategies tailored to project objectives.
- Design and conduct evaluations, including baseline, midline, and endline assessments.
- Support proposal writing and contribute to securing new tenders with tailored MEAL approaches.
- Collect, analyze, and report qualitative and quantitative data to assess project performance.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accountability and learning.
- Provide capacity-strengthening sessions on MEAL for partners and clients.
Required Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in social sciences, development studies, statistics, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in MEAL or evaluation, preferably in a national or international context.
Skills:
- Proficiency in MEAL tools and software (e.g., KoboToolbox, SPSS, NVivo, or similar).
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Familiarity with global evaluation and MEAL frameworks and methods (e.g., OECD-DAC, Outcome Harvesting).

- Ability to work independently in a remote, multicultural environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying project needs and timelines.
