Description:Albion College invites applications for The Director of Annual Campaigns. The Director of Annual Campaigns is responsible for developing and executing strategic, innovative plans to grow Albion College's annual giving programs, including the annual fund, targeted appeals, giving days, and affinity-based initiatives such as young alumni, parent, faculty/staff, and workplace giving. Through a partnership with fundraising and stewardship staff, the Director ensures that the College is continually promoting a culture of gratitude through stories of philanthropic impact. They will be a key player in the implementation of best practices, relationship building with internal and external partners, and promoting a comprehensive, high-integrity approach to strengthening the culture of philanthropy. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload with sensitivity and confidentiality.
