Annual Giving Student AssistantJob SummaryThe Student Philanthropy Assistant plays a key role in supporting the Associate Director of Annual Giving by assisting with the implementation of strategic student philanthropy campaigns at FGCU. This position collaborates with colleagues within the FGCU Foundation to design and execute initiatives aimed at engaging both current and prospective student donors.
Job DescriptionTypical duties include but are not limited to: - Assists the Associate Director of Annual Giving with implementing strategic student philanthropy campaigns.
- Collaborates with FGCU Foundation colleagues to implement successful campaigns to reach current and new student donors and clearly communicate the university's fundraising needs/priorities.
- Develops and executes a monthly template to track results of student philanthropy efforts and financial support.
- Collaborates with University Advancement to build and increase student philanthropy across campus, including the leadership of the Alumni Association, the Family and Parent Council, Student Government, and participants of FGCU Give Day.
- Participates as a team member in support of special events and programs for donors and prospects.
Other Duties: - Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Additional Job DescriptionMinimum Requirements:- Currently enrolled as a student at the University and in good academic standing.
