We aim to manage our marketing activities in an increasingly data-driven way in the future – and you will help us create transparency, clarity, and measurable impact.
As a Marketing Data Analyst, you will develop a standardized KPI and reporting framework, build dashboards, and deliver the insights our marketing teams need to make data-based decisions. At the same time, you will take on a central role in budget planning and performance monitoring.
Your responsibilities

- You develop, define, and standardize key performance indicators (KPIs). You build dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc analyses in Power BI that are clear, intuitive, and genuinely useful.
- To do this, you consolidate data from multiple sources (e.g. CRM, campaign tools, web tracking) and combine them into meaningful reports that provide a holistic view.
- You take a close look at campaigns, channels, and customer journeys, and derive concrete optimization opportunities.
- You evaluate the impact of our activities using attribution analyses and exploratory data analysis.
- You support budget planning with forecasts, performance analyses, and a solid, data-driven basis for decision-making.
- In projects, you work closely with data engineers and data scientists and keep an eye on relevant tracking setups.
Your profile
- A completed degree in marketing, business administration, statistics, data analytics, or a comparable qualification.
- Relevant professional experience in marketing analytics or a comparable data-focused role.
- Very good knowledge of Power BI and experience in building insightful dashboards.
- Experience with customer analyses and a strong understanding of target group, journey, and funnel analyses.
- Basic experience with web analytics and a good understanding of tracking concepts.
- Confident use of Excel and enjoyment of structured, analytical work.
- Ability to present complex data in a clear and understandable way and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to empower colleagues and strengthen analytical capabilities within the team.
- An independent, solution-oriented working style and interest in continuous professional development.
- Regular use of GenAI tools in your daily work; experience with predictive analytics in marketing is an advantage.
- Very good German and English skills, with full professional proficiency in both spoken and written communication.
