Furniture Bank runs 15 trucks, serves 4,000+ families a year, and completes a full service cycle — referral, furniture match, delivery, donor acknowledgement, funder report — in 72 hours. We hold 67,000 records in Salesforce, intake data in Typeform, and operations tracked across Google Workspace.
The intelligence is alive. Most of our team cannot get to it.
Decisions that should be data-informed are being made on instinct — not because the data doesn't exist, but because the cost of getting to it is too high. We call this the coordination tax. This role exists to start reducing it.
This is an AI-forward role. Every task is designed to be done with AI from day one. We are not hiring someone to learn AI on the side — we are hiring someone who already thinks with it.
What you'll work on:
- Build dashboards and automated reports that answer real Tuesday-morning operations questions
- - Connect and structure data across Salesforce, Typeform, and Google Workspace
- - Reduce manual data-pulling that currently burns hours nobody has
- - Support data-informed decisions across fundraising, programs, and logistics
What we're looking for:
- Demonstrated experience with data tools: Python, SQL, Google Sheets, Looker Studio, or similar
- - AI genuinely in your workflow — not as a curiosity, but as a working tool
- - Early-career candidates welcome; proof of work matters more than credentials
- - Toronto-based and available May–October 2026
How to Apply:
This role has an unconventional application process — by design.
