ZRG Aspen Leadership Group is proud to partner with Santa Clara University in the search for a Senior Director of Development, School of Law.
Reporting to the Senior Executive Director of Development, Schools & Centers, the Senior Director of Development will play a critical role in Santa Clara University's efforts to secure resources for its strategic funding priorities and deepen its relationships with alumni and donors. They will manage and maintain a portfolio of 125 major gift prospects of alumni, donors and friends of the SCU School of Law. They will lead the identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of prospects targeted for gifts between $100,000 and $1,999,999, working closely with senior university administrators and Law School leadership and administration to develop meaningful, donor-centered development strategies.

A bachelor's degree and at least eight years of related experience, including three years of direct major fundraising, is required for this position. Experience in a law school environment is desirable. Santa Clara University will consider candidates with a broad range of backgrounds. The salary range for this position is $145,000 to $170,000. This position is eligible for a flexible work schedule, with the expectation of being in the office three days per week.
