Department SummaryThe Assistant Director of Alumni Success is a key contributor in the development and executive of innovative engagement strategies to foster lifelong connections between OHIO students and alumni. The Assistant Director will develop and promote programs and initiatives including the Alumni-Community Platform (Bobcat Network), mentorship programs, and career, life-long learning, and professional growth opportunities in support of the Ohio University Alumni Association's and Ohio University's strategic goals and objectives. This individual will develop and deliver programs and manage relationships that support the OUAA's strategies for alumni success and continued engagement with Ohio University. The Assistant Director will represent the Association to a broad audience of alumni, donors, university partners, and administration. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Collaborate with OUAA leadership to develop OUAA programming for the alumni audience.
- Develop, administer, and promote programs within the Alumni-Community Platform (Bobcat Network).
- Develop and assess Student-Alumni Mentorship Programs.
- Consult, collaborate, and manage relationships with external and other University partners to ensure continuity between experiences, themes, and opportunities.
- Develop, deliver, and assess a variety of career services and programs that engage students, faculty, and alumni to meet dynamic and ongoing needs.
- Establish policies and procedures for internal and external engagements with OUAA.
- Maintain ongoing assessment of alumni success initiatives to ensure continuity and effectiveness.

Cultivates relationships with alumni, donors, foundations, and corporations to support the University's mission. Pay Rate: Target hiring range for this role is $43,888.00 to $51,377.00 and the final offer will be commensurate with the candidate's education and experience in relation to the minimum qualifications for the position.
