Compensation

Year 1: Fellowship stipend up to $40,000 + benefits.
Years 2-4: Full-time teaching salary $50,000–$60,000 + education awards, grants, and scholarships (totaling $22,000–$25,000 for eligible participants).

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree by June 2026
Minimum 2.75 undergraduate GPA
US Citizen, Permanent Resident, or DACA recipient
