About Hiba Academy Bay Area:
Opening in Fall 2026, Hiba Academy Bay Area is a pioneering bilingual (English-Chinese) international school serving Pre-K to Grade 5. As part of a global network with a 160-year legacy of educational excellence, our mission is to shape a better world through innovative, high-quality education.
Role Overview:
As the Director of Finance and Operations, you will play a critical role in establishing and managing the financial and operational systems of our innovative bilingual school. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading financial planning, budgeting, and compliance to ensure the school’s long-term sustainability Overseeing HR, facilities, IT, and operational functions to support a high-quality educational environment Developing and implementing efficient systems that align with our mission and enable the school to reach its target capacity of 400 students
