Saint Anselm College invites applications for the position of Advancement Coordinator in the Office of College Advancement. Reporting to the Associate Vice President and the Assistant Vice President, Major Gifts and Campaign Director, this role provides essential administrative and operational support to the advancement team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily administrative functions, maintain records, and manage donor data.
- Support fundraising efforts, donor outreach, and gift processing.
- Assist with marketing, gift planning, and donor stewardship initiatives.
- Coordinate meetings, financial records, and special projects.
- Ensure data integrity within Blackbaud Raiser's Edge and Workday systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree plus 2-4 years of relevant experience required.
- Strong MS Office skills,
- experience with Workday and Raiser's Edge preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with high attention to detail.
