The Madison Housing Authority is seeking a dedicated Social Services Coordinator to assist residents in achieving greater self-sufficiency through case management, referrals, and supportive services. This full-time position oversees the Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) programs for both Madison and Morristown Housing Authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide case management and referrals for residents.
Oversee the FSS programs for Madison and Morristown Housing Authorities.
Maintain a Monday through Friday schedule, with occasional travel and evening meetings to accommodate client needs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in case management or social services.
Experience working with low-income individuals and families, preferably in housing.
Knowledge of HUD regulations and social service programs preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Willingness for ongoing training and professional development.
Annual criminal background check required.
This is a contract position subject to grant renewal
