Job DetailsDescriptionACCOUNTABILITIES:- Responsible for all activities related to the President's Council, Campaign Donors, Major Donors, and Endowed Scholarships.
- In collaboration with the Manager, University Advancement maintains records for all recognition programs.
- Oversees Memorial and In Honor of Programs and communications.
- Manages one to two reunion classes and participates in reunion fundraising efforts.
- Initiates contact with first-time donors, ensuring a minimum of 200 contacts made by phone, email, or personal visits.
- Cultivates and stewards' leadership donors.
- Responsible for all fundraising communications, including appeals, proposals, and reports.
- Acts as a liaison with Endowed Scholarship Donors and student recipients.
- Collaborates with the Executive Director of Alumni and Donor Engagement to plan and execute the annual Endowed Scholarship Luncheon and the Leadership Luncheon.
- Maintains endowed scholarship gift agreements and market value documentation.
- Develops annual donor reports highlighting the impact of their gifts to the University.
- Serves as the advancement liaison for Alumni and Donor engagement events.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Must be willing to contribute actively to the mission of the University.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree and 10-15 years of progressive experience.
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
SCOPE:- Regularly interacts with all members of the University community.
- Daily interactions with prospective donors, major donors, Trustees, alumni, the Cabinet, and other members of the University community.
