Temporary Annual Giving Office Coordinator
College of the Holy CrossDescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Advancement Operations Coordinator to support fundraising and communication efforts for the annual giving team. This role involves coordinating class letter production, managing appeal code setup and proofing, overseeing data uploads, and providing phone coverage for the Advancement main line. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate the creation and distribution of class letters, both digitally via iModules and in print through our in-house Graphic Arts department.
- Manage the setup and meticulous proofing of appeal codes to ensure accurate online gift processing and fundraising functionality.
- Oversee the timely and accurate uploading of appeal codes and constituent data to Advance prior to report freezing.
- Provide support for the iModules setup of national final push fundraising appeals.
- Provide phone coverage for the main Advancement/HCF line, directing inquiries appropriately.
Minimum Requirements: - Bachelor's degree preferred
- Must be highly organized, detail oriented, and have the ability to work competently and efficiently in a multi-task environment with the ability to prioritize responsibilities.
- Must be focused, motivated to learn, and flexible to change.
- Must have excellent written communication and interpersonal skills including phone manner and personal presentation. Initiative, good judgment and sensitivity to confidential information required.
- Must possess an aptitude for and commitment to learning new systems and applications.
- Expertise in the functional use of Excel, Word, Google Docs & Forms.
- Strong sense of the mission of the College
