Required Qualifications:- Skill in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Skill in establishing and maintaining working relationships with internal and external constituents
- Knowledge of donor software and fundraising reporting
- Demonstrated effective communication skills
- Ability to plan and coordinate special events
- Ability to work nights and weekends
Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelors degree with additional consideration for masters degree
- One-Three years of relevant experience
Job Description:Responsible for driving philanthropic support for Texas State Athletics by cultivating donor relationships and overseeing annual fund efforts, while also leading premium hospitality experiences and managing key fundraising eventsJob Duties:- Identify, cultivate, and solicit annual fund support for Texas State Athletics through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, etc.
- Team lead for Bobcat Club gameday hospitality and events including Bobcat Bonanza, Kinne Golf Invitational, Bobcat Bash, Gowens Family Pavilion, and Castro Club
- Oversee all event logistics, including coordinating invitations, catering, RSVPs, venue preparation, and guest communications
- Assist with creating and implementing programming to increase support of the Bobcat Club Excellence Fund
- Assist with the solicitation of premium and priority seating
- Support the Athletics Advancement team in cultivating relationships with key alumni, donors, and community stakeholders
