The clinic is seeking an experienced Senior Counsel to join our team on a permanent basis to overseeing a team of lawyers and community legal workers. The candidate will will provide legal expertise in more than one or all the areas of law including Immigration, Employment or Human Rights, litigate matters in Ontario Tribunals and Courts, the Federal Courts, and be able to take on test cases to the Supreme Court of Canada.
