The Donor Services Processor works independently and exercises good judgement and discretion. By using various search engines, reporting functions and databases, updates donor files applies codes enter donations and pledges.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIESTier I- Review documents to identify donor and verify all information supplied is accurate.
- Reviews recurring donations and ensures they are set up correctly, cancelling when donor requests, or time expires.
- Using various Standard Operating Procedures to read and apply specific mail codes to documents in a timely, efficient manner.
- Writes personal prayer letters to donors requesting prayer.
- Verifies and updates multiple donor fields in fundraising CRM tool with information received in transaction document or report
- Create new records and constituents in Banner file
- Reviews and adjusts all codes supplied with those on file and enters pledges, pledge payments and gifts in all appropriate fields.
- Produces Cashier's Report to attach to each session for logging and balancing
- Proofs hard copy checks through electronic check scanner
- Ability to perform under pressure

Tier II- Depositing cash and check donations
- Logs batches/sessions by feed for Balancing
- Ability to work with co-workers independently
Tier III- Able to function effectively in Microsoft Office Suite
- Assists in reviewing daily gift and pledge entries be generating reports via ARGOS.
- Prepare Argos report for Gift Entry (Divide and attach Batch Headers)
- Review and Log sessions after gift entry for checks and balances
- Track and index finalized donations into Etrieve.
- Assist with organizing and analyzing key performance indicator measures for Donor Services.
- Assists with existing procedures in Donor Services as needed.
- Assists in documenting new and existing policy and procedures.
- Works effectively as a team member, embracing and fostering LU's mission.
- Assists management with other duties as assigned.
- Compare TouchNet, Authorize.net, and Argos reports and enter additional information.

QUALIFICATIONS AND CREDENTIALSEducation and ExperienceTier I- High School diploma
- 1-2 years Data entry experience
- Confidentiality to all sensitive material
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic Math Skills
- Ability to work well in high pressure environments
- Ability to work independently or as a team
- Ability to articulate and defend the unique Christian educational mission and vision of Liberty University and its subsidiaries to a wide variety of individuals and groups.
- Detail Oriented
Tier II- 2-3 years data entry experience
- Effective organization and time management skills, writing and active listening
- High accuracy in inputting data
- Problem solving, critical thinking and decision making
- Ability to work independently with little-to-no supervision
Tier III- B.S. degree or minimum of 10 years job experience in data processing and analysis
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
