Location: New Orleans, LA
SummaryThe Senior Program Coordinator provides professional administrative and programmatic support for the Office of Advancement Information Services (AIS). AIS provides gift administration, data management, centralized business analysis and training, programming, and desktop/mobile support for Tulane Advancement. This position will primarily support the Executive Director of AIS by way of managing vendors and contracts, expense reporting, invoice management, budget tracking, AIS scheduling, correspondence, and presentation support. Other responsibilities may include light CRM reporting and task management of the AIS annual plan using project management software.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:- High School Diploma and 3 years of related/transferable experience.

Required Education and/or Experience:- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills required.
- Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple duties and projects.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access)
- Demonstrated ability to pay attention to detail and keep projects on task, meeting and exceeding timeline expectations.

Compensation Information
