Reporting to the Assistant Vice President, Regional Development, the Director of Regional Development, Upper Midwest willdirectly manage a portfolio of major gift prospects who have an interest in supporting the University. The Director will work to identify,qualify, cultivate and solicit prospects who can make a commitment of $125K or greater, along with collaborating closely with CollegeAdvancement teammates and the AVP, Regional Development to advance philanthropy in the region.

A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of educationand experience and at least four years of development-related experience in higher education, or relevant sales experience, is required forthis position.
