Job Description The Senior Administrative Program Coordinator, Reunion Giving assists the Senior Director and the Class Officers with day-to-day operations within the unit, including travel and administrative support and inventory/supply management.
Responsibilities * Excellent organizational skills, with an attention to detail.
* Ability to communicate in a sensitive and courteous manner
* Knowledge of standard software applications including but not limited to, word processing, database management, and/or spreadsheet software. Strong communication skills.
* Familiar with operation of electronic office machines (phones, copiers, fax, etc.).
* Ability to work occasional nights and weekends.
Qualifications * High School Diploma or equivalent.
AND * 3 years of office or administrative support experience.
* Extensive experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Access, and Excel) preferred.
