BCM Georgia is a statewide housing nonprofit organization. Our essential services include eviction prevention, family stabilization, and financial education.
With over 72,000 evictions filed in Metro Atlanta alone, BCM Georgia's Budget for Life Program case managers support hard-working Georgians in maintaining stable housing and preventing eviction.
Our Budget for Life Program provides financial assistance to working families and individuals, case management services, and money management education to help them become financially stable and self-sufficient.

This is a full-time hybrid position. As of this moment, all case managers are virtual. BCM Georgia reserves the right to return to fully in-office work or implement a hybrid work arrangement.
Responsibilities: Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. The employee may perform other related duties to meet the organization's ongoing needs.
- Provide case management services to families and individuals in need, including assessment, planning, and coordination of services.
- Maintain a caseload of 15-20 program participants.
- Facilitate the financial education curriculum.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized service plans.
- Collaborate with clients to set goals and develop strategies for achieving them.
- Assist clients in accessing and navigating community resources and support services
- Monitor client progress, debt management, and budget and make necessary adjustments to plans as needed.
- Advocate for clients' rights and ensure they receive appropriate services and support.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field is required. Master’s degree preferred.
- A minimum of three years of case management experience.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates will be provided preference.
- Experience in workforce development, behavioral health, or social work is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Client Track.
- Office 365 Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in motivational interviewing techniques to obtain and secure financial information.
Schedule:
BCM Georgia's core office hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday. Maybe required to work some weekends.

Salary Information:
$40,000-$44,000 Annually
