Location: New Orleans, LA
SummaryThe Program Manager of Annual Giving Campaigns is a full-time professional role responsible for leading the direct mail, email solicitation programs, and day-to-day management of key giving campaigns within Tulane University's Annual Giving Campaigns team. This position is central to developing and executing multi-channel solicitation strategies to engage alumni, parents, and friends of the university to maximize donor participation and revenue. In addition, the Program Manager will oversee the planning and execution of Give Green, Tulane's largest day of giving, working closely with various stakeholders to ensure its success.
The Program Manager works closely with the Director of Annual Giving Campaigns and other key stakeholders across the Office of Advancement to ensure cohesive and effective campaign delivery.The Program Manager works closely with the Director of Annual Giving Campaigns and other key stakeholders across the Office of Advancement to ensure cohesive and effective campaign delivery.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple demands and/or projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate with managers at all levels.
- Strong skills in organizing project details and recordkeeping.
- Ability to make decisions independently using good judgment and follow-up.
- Ability to contribute to the yearly strategic planning of the department.

Required Education and/or Experience:- Bachelor's Degree and 2 years' experience in fundraising, project management, or a related field.
OR - High School Diploma or equivalent and 8 years' directly related experience.

Preferred Qualifications:- Experience working within a university setting or in a similar complex organization.
- Familiarity with donor management software, project management tools, and CRM systems.
- 1 year in a leadership role within a direct marketing or fundraising environment.

Compensation Information
