Location: New Orleans, LA
SummaryThe Senior Administrative Program Coordinator is an administrative position reporting to the Senior Program Manager. The position provides travel and administrative support to frontline officers for advancement-related activities. The position assists with the coordination of program events, Deans' Advisory Council and Alumni Association meetings and other special projects. The Senior Administrative Program Coordinator works closely with other departments within Advancement including other Major Gifts teams, Gift Planning, Stewardship, Corporate & Foundation Relations, Alumni Relations, Advancement Communications, and other departments throughout the university.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills required.
- Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple demands and multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access)
- Demonstrated ability to pay attention to detail and keep projects on task meeting and exceeding timeline expectations.
- Ability to work occasional nights and weekends.

Required Education and/or Experience:- High School Diploma and 3-years related/transferable experience
ORORPreferred Qualifications:- Some college and 2-years direct experience
OR- Bachelor's Degree and 1+ years transferable experience

Compensation Information
