Bryant Group is proud to continue its partnership with Belmont University in the search for an accomplished and mission-aligneddevelopment professional to serve as Director of Development, Colleges of Art and Architecture & Design. This role sits within the Office ofAdvancement, which strengthens community-wide support and helps position Belmont to realize its full potential as a Christ-centereduniversity in Nashville.
As the lead fundraising partner to the Deans of Watkins College of Art and O’More College of Architecture &Design, the Director will help shape and execute significant fundraising plans in support of Belmont’s comprehensive Hope TransformsCampaign. This senior frontline fundraiser will develop and manage a portfolio of philanthropic relationships, cultivating and solicitingmajor and principal gifts ranging from $50,000 to $5,000,000+, while coordinating engagement strategies that deepen alumni and donorconnection to the colleges’ priorities.
The ideal candidate brings a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) and at least five yearsof professional fundraising experience, with preference for nonprofit development experience and meaningful connection to the art,architecture and/or design industries. Success in this role requires a collaborative, strategic, organized approach, comfort representingBelmont at events and in external settings and the ability to travel as needed.
