Job DescriptionResponsible for the organization, collection, input, and maintenance of various constituent data entered in Advancement's CRM, Quest (Affinaquest Salesforce) and related tools. This role ensures data integrity through timely and consistent updates, various data validation workflows, and prompt attention to support requests via the AIS support ticketing system. This position also verifies constituent information using internal and external sources, flagging discrepancies and escalating complex issues to senior staff.
The Data Management, Constituent and Gift Records team ensures the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of all gift and constituent data within Quest (Salesforce Affinaquest) and related systems.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
(Note: Only the following two criteria-one education and one experience-will be used for screening qualified applicants.)- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Any appropriate combination of relevant education, experience, and/or certifications may be considered.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: (Note: The following criteria will not be used in screening qualified applicants and may not be used in lieu of minimum qualifications stated above.)- Experience in a higher education or nonprofit setting
- Knowledge of university organizational structure and functions
- General knowledge of CRMs and Microsoft Office Suite
