Aspen Leadership Group is proud to partner with Community Health Network in the search for a Chief Executive Officer, Community Health Network Foundation.
Reporting to the Network President & CEO, the Chief Executive Officer, Community Health Network Foundation will provide the executive leadership and vision for all philanthropic initiatives for Community Health Network, with the exception of Community Hospital of Anderson and Madison County, Community Howard Regional Health, and Community Westview, which have their own dedicated Foundations. Working with the Foundation Board and senior leaders of the Network, the CEO is responsible for building a comprehensive philanthropy program for Community Health Network, including growing the value of Foundation assets, as well as raising funds for specific projects and needs. Positive results in the areas of annual and capital fundraising, major and planned gift giving, corporate and foundation grant development, and donor relations are expected.
The CEO is a member of the Network CEO Council (comprised of the Network's top ten senior executives) and is expected to actively participate in the development and leadership of Network strategy and operations, addressing the ever-changing demands of healthcare delivery providers. In addition, the CEO is expected to establish strong relationships with clinical and administrative leaders throughout the Network, developing a sound understanding of the services provided by their areas, and serving as a passionate ambassador to the central Indiana communities served by Community.

Thanks to this support, 100 percent of all donations made to Community Health Network Foundation benefit patients and help to fulfill the mission of Community Health Network.
A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least ten years of progressive leadership experience in complex organizations is required for this position. Community Health Network will consider candidates with a broad range of backgrounds. The target salary for this position is $375,000.
