SummaryThe Senior Administrative Program Coordinator is an administrative support position that assists the Director of Strategy and Operations in a variety of office support and/or administrative tasks including but not limited to calendar coordination, room reservations, and scheduling of meetings; office operations coordination, event coordination; travel arrangement preparation; meeting preparation; budget management/processing of financial transactions; data entry; preparation of correspondence, communications, agendas, and documents; taking notes; supply ordering; tracking of metrics; answering phones and greeting constituents. The nature of work is primarily manual. The position completes routine tasks with a limited degree of supervision.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills, and ability to pay close attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Basic Microsoft Office skills including Excel and Power Point
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work occasional nights and weekends

Required Education and/or Experience:- High School Diploma and 2 years related/transferable experience

Compensation Information
