Job SummaryThe Manager of Donor Data and Digital Engagement is a key on-site advancement systems leader at Tuskegee University. This role oversees all aspects of alumni and donor database integrity and digital communication, serving as the lead administrator for both Raiser's Edge NXT and Almabase-the university's two most critical systems for advancement services and digital engagement.
This position ensures that both platforms are accurate, integrated, and optimized for communications, fundraising, and reporting. The Manager also works closely with the Development and Alumni Communications Manager, Senior Director of Alumni and Constituent Engagement, and Executive Director of Development to deploy targeted, data-driven digital outreach efforts.
Qualifications (Education, Experience and Specialized Training)- Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency in using reporting and data visualization tools within CRM platforms
Physical Demands- Ability to operate standard office equipment
- Ability to walk short distances
- Ability to lift and carry parcels, packages and other items
- Ability to view a computer terminal
Skills and AttributesKnowledge:
- Proven expertise managing CRM data, maintaining platform integrity, and working with third-party vendors
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); familiarity with fundraising or CRM platforms (e.g., Raiser's Edge) is a plus.
- Strong writing, communication, and editing skills with an ability to produce high-quality materials for internal and external audiences.
- Proven organizational and project management skills, with keen attention to detail and s proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience managing or working with scholarship systems (e.g., AcademicWorks, Blackbaud Award Management, etc.) strongly preferred.

- Strong interpersonal communication and ability to work cross-functionally
